• The Town of Farmersburg advised Ms. Goring that their attorney was Terry Modesitt. Terry Modesitt is the Prosecutor in Vigo County. That means Terry MOdesitt is highly invested in criminalizing Ms. Goring so that in the ACLU case he can say she “deserved” her bones broken.
• Feb 14, 2025 Cody Strain posted a WANTED poster online saying Ms. Goring was “WANTED for shoplifting”. TRUTH: Ms. Goring went to a MIdas, did not receive any services, and was on the passenger seat because her hand was broken. Midas owner Brian Niece is a friend of Terry Modesitt, they charged her with “conversion of $50 of services.” NOT shoplifting.
